Anyone that spends significant time in the gym wants to be able to get the best workout that they can. You talk to your friends to find out what is working for them and what you should probably stay away from. The good thing about this is that you can get a lot of free information. The bad thing about this that you can get a lot of information that is not true. Searching on the Internet is not a whole lot different when you are looking for supplements. It is the same thing with Force Factor reviews. It is not hard to find a whole bunch of Force Factor reviews that will tell you that this product is the greatest invention since the wheel. While Force Factor is a very good product, many people are simply going overboard in their praise.

How many more times are we going to give in to the wishes of a handful of people. A 40 year old School tradition GONE! If people don't like the perfectly innocent song, then go to another School ... or better yet, go NORTH and sing Yankee Doodle. Board a boat ... just GO! The more we give in as a race, the more ground we lose. Where were the supporters of the song?? Were they too SCARED to admit it and show support?? Keep on people ... give em all you got. ME .... I'm not giving up anything. It's past time for us to stand up, be proud and protect our HERITAGE. Maybe a History lesson should be taught about BOTH races fighting for the South ... many many of then chose to do it. Me personally, I've never owned a slave. How many of you have??? It's time to STAND UP or GIVE UP and from the looks of it, you've already give up.

Holidays are suppose to be joyous events in peoples lives. However, the truth of the matter is that some families are facing severe turmoils and trails. Some families are split between husband and wives, parents and children and even brother at odds with brother. As Christians, we can experience family dis functions because of our relationship with Jesus Christ.
In Matthew 10: 34-39 Jesus says,"Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law'; and 'a man's enemies will be those of his own household. He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me. And he who loves son or daughters more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me, And he who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.
Child of God do not compromise your relationship with the Lord for no one. Put your relationship with the Lord before everyone and everything. Sometimes people will walk away from you because of your relationship with God. But, we are not our own we belong to God. When others see our relationship with Jesus and see us going after God. They will begin to seek the Lord on their own. And, I'm praying for your unsaved love ones to be saved, in Jesus' Name! Be encouraged...because you are never alone. Don't allow the devil to cause you to focus on broken relationships but focus on Him who set you free from sin. Spread the Spirit of Life that you have with others who are hungry for change and new godly relationships. Your living is not in vain, you are an ornament in the crown of the Lord. There were plenty of major developments during college basketball's early signing period. Here are five things we learned this past week:
1. Josh Pastner is one of the top recruiters in college basketball.
Without a doubt, the biggest surprise of the early signing period was Memphis' ascension to No. 1 in ESPN.com's recruiting class rankings. The Tigers came into the early signing period with a very good class, ranked third, that was led by ESPNU 100 prospects Will Barton (Baltimore/Brewster Academy) and Joe Jackson (Memphis, Tenn./Whitestation). The late additions of Jelan Kendrick and Tarik Black, both ESPNU 100 prospects, propelled the Tigers to the top spot. Having known Josh Pastner for some time, I am impressed with how quick his recruiting success has come as a head coach. He has been a known commodity on the recruiting trail as an assistant coach at both Arizona and Memphis. Now he's a household name.
In Barton and Jackson, he already had the dynamic backcourt to get very far in the tournament. With Kendrick, who was not expected to commit early, Memphis adds another big guard wing who makes plays. He has exceptional vision that allows him to make the pass that leads to the assists. His passing ability could help get Barton and Jackson more shots.
With all the elite guard play Memphis had in this class, the only thing Pastner's squad was missing was a versatile athlete down low. That void was filled when Black announced for the Tigers on Monday. Black compares favorably to Shawn Taggart and some of the other athletic big guys Memphis has had in recent years. He's strong around the basket and finishes everything around the hoop. He's a force on defense with his rebounding and shot-blocking. Most importantly, Black is a very efficient player who knows his role.
AdidasBrandon Knight should make a major impact no matter where he ends up.2. The deepest pool of remaining talent is at the point guard position.
On the whole with Brandon Knight (Coral Springs, Fla./Pine Crest), Kyrie Irving (Orange, N.J./St. Patrick; signed with Duke), Josh Selby (Baltimore/Lake Clifton) and Joe Jackson (Memphis, Tenn./Whitestation), the point guard position is the most loaded in the 2010 class. That's also true when looking at the remaining unsigned prospects.Of the 15 ESPNU 100 prospects who have yet to pick a school, five are point guards. The top uncommitted lead guard is Knight (Coral Springs, Fla./Pine Crest), who will be a game changer for whichever program secures his services. Knight excels in the transition game and is becoming adept at running a team. He is a special player and young man. The only other truly elite point guard on the board is Josh Selby (Baltimore/Lake Clifton). Selby is an aggressive scoring guard who finishes with the best of them. Ray McCallum(Detroit/Country Day) and Cory Joseph(Toronto/Findlay Prep) also are more than capable of leading a top-25 college squad.
3. Kentucky still has work left to do.
Kentucky did well to add Stacey Poole (Jacksonville, Fla./Providence School), but there could be a few holes to fill in Lexington this coming offseason. At this point, early departures are a part of the college game. Therefore, we have to think that Kentucky's top returning players John Wall and Patrick Patterson are likely going to bolt for the NBA in the spring. It's also possible that the Wildcats will lose DeMarcus Cousins if he has a productive season. (He needs to step up his intensity and motor to become a player NBA GMs covet.)
With a few players graduating and a few anticipated early departures, the Wildcats are going to have a few need areas to fill. Look for UK to make a push to get a point guard, a shooter and some size. The Wildcats could get a head start on filling these needs if they get a commitment from Tobias Harris (Brookville, N.Y./Half Hollow Hills), who plans to announce his decision on Thursday. They also are in the running for unsigned prospectsBrandon Knight (Coral Springs, Fla./Pine Crest), Josh Selby (Baltimore/Lake Clifton), Doron Lamb (Laurelton, N.Y./Oak Hill Academy) and Terrence Jones (Portland, Ore./Jefferson), among others.
There's no reason for Wildcats fans to worry. John Calipari knows as well as anyone that it doesn't matter when you get your commitments. What matters most it that you fill your needs.

What will the future hold for Shelby County government with A.C. Wharton moving across the street and Joe Ford moving upstairs? Will their tenures be drastically different; will Shelby County Government ceased to exist as we know it.; will it come to a cataclysmic demise over the next 9 months? Now, let’s get serious. I have heard many of the doomsday pontificators, spewing their skewed brand of pessimism. Believe me, the earth will not spin precariously off its axis because Joe Ford has become the interim County Mayor.
I am neither a proponent nor opponent of Joe Ford. However, I am not a purveyor of pre-eminent tragedy either. Let’s give the guy a chance. I know some of his family members have been guilty of some shady shenanigans. The question that begs to be answered is can we judge an individual by the behaviors of a certain segment of his/her family. We all have relatives with specious and disreputable character. Former President Jimmy Carter had his Billy and Joe Ford has his John. So before we crucify him on the cross of public opinion, let’s see if he will do the right thing for Shelby County. If nothing else, pray that something positive will occur as a result of his time in office. Besides, for the next 9 months, he is all that we have.

So apparently Lionel Hollins is willing to open up and talk about the Allen Iverson debacle.
Too bad he's chosen Not to do it through the Memphis media.
Here's an excerpt of a story about Iverson that ran in the Philadelphia Daily News.
Memphis coach Lionel Hollins, a onetime Sixers guard who won a championship with the Portland Trail Blazers, views the situation as "strange."
"He got hurt in training camp, so I hadn't even had a chance to fit him in," Hollins said. "But I do know that every issue was addressed before we ever started. Our owner told him he was being brought in to mentor the young guards, to come off the bench. He didn't blink.
"I said he could compete [with Mike Conley and O.J. Mayo] for a starting spot, see whether it works. I asked him if he could handle it if it turned out he would be coming off the bench. He didn't blink.
"I told him I wasn't out to prove I was the boss; I wasn't out to break him. I told him, 'You're stubborn, and I'm stubborn, but if we react to each other like that nobody wins.' He laughed."
Hollins has heard all the stories - the good, the bad, the hard to believe.

Interesting stuff, and it certainly in my mind shifts more of the blame on AI as to why things went wrong here in Memphis.
